Open to all practice owners, sole practitioners and architects working in small practices! We’ve developed a series of interactive online events to provide a forum to discuss issues that practices are facing as they navigate their way through the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Our Practice Clinics will create dialogue and discussion and provide practice support.
The format is simple. If you have any questions, need some guidance or would like to discover how other practices are furloughing staff, our panel of experts will be online to answer your questions, share tips and provide advice.

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in HR and recruitment, 13 of which have been spent within the London architecture and interiors sector. Joining global architectural practice Woods Bagot in 2017 as the European Regional Manager for People & Culture, Lisa’s focus is on delivering a robust end-to-end HR and recruitment strategy. She has a keen interest in employee engagement and welfare, understanding the importance of relationships at work and developing a sense of belonging, thus nurturing a healthy and positive company culture.
Tina Connell, People & Talent Manager - Buckley Gray Yeoman
Joining BuckleyGrayYeoman in November 2017, Tina is responsible for leading the people agenda and driving innovation and change across talent management. Other core areas include organisational development, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring, employee relations and policy development.
