The RIBA East Small, New & Emerging Practice Network is a regular online networking meeting aimed at start-ups, sole practitioners and small and emerging practices in the East of England.
For our November meet up, we are going to kick off our sustainability agenda with guests Alice Hamlin - Mole Architects and Ben Nourse - 5th Studio.
Both Alice and Ben are longstanding and active members of the RIBA East Sustainability Group and will be at the meeting in an informal capacity to discuss what, in practical terms, smaller and newer practices need help with to get started. We can then look at arranging targeted and regular learning for group members and the wider community.
As always, conversation, group participation and networking is encouraged and if you have a specific question for Alice, Ben or anyone in the group, please either post this when registering, raise it during the session, or email juliet.talbot@riba.org beforehand.
This is a friendly, sociable group for RIBA East Members to share experiences and learn from others on a range of topics and issues so come along with a supportive and positive attitude in order to make the most of these great sessions.
These events are kindly chaired and hosted by Sasha Edmonds, Director of Liv Architects and Luke Butcher, Director of Butcher Bayley Architects.
Pull up a chair, grab a laptop and a coffee, and join the network.
