The RIBA Hong Kong Chapter are excited to host sustainability expert and author Mina Hasman in the introduction of her new book, RIBA Climate Guide, created to help build knowledge and skills, around the climate literacy mandatory competence that the RIBA defined in 2021.

Following the book's introduction, there will be a panel discussion, with a closing session reserved for questions and answers with the live audience.
Mina Hasman will be joined by moderator by Dr. Jason M. Y. Tse (Associate Director at Buro Happold) and fellow panelists Dr Ken Yeang (Executive Director at TR Hamzah & Yeang Sdn Bhd) and Dr Ruffina Thilakaratne (FRIBA, HKIA (Assoc.), LEED AP, WELL AP, BEAM Pro., CA (UKEI) Associate Professor/Director MArch programme, Hong Kong Chu Hai College)

Contextualising the climate emergency and the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 within the built environment landscape, the guide is structured around the six, core themes of the Climate Framework which include:
