Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. It effects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices.
An estimated one in six British workers in total are dealing with stress, anxiety or depression at any one time.
A survey by the mental health charity Mind showed one third of people surveyed felt they would be unable to speak to their line manager about a mental health issue.
